Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive with expertise in digital marketing and content creation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, as well as producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end process of email drip campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, website, and email newsletters.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of marketing materials.
- Create visual and multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics, either independently or in collaboration with designers.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic visibility.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow social media followers and increase engagement.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, tone, and style.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Prepare detailed reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights for future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation. Fresh graduate with experience in executing digital marketing projects is welcome to apply.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in photo editing and multimedia content production.
- Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with basic web design principles.
- Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
