We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to join our APAC team in Singapore! Reporting to the HR Manager APAC, you will have day to day responsibility for Singapore HR employee lifecycle administration with exposure to wider APAC HR processes through support to the HR Manager and ANZ employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll for Singapore in collaboration with ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance and serve as a backup for ANZ payroll
  • Handle employment contracts, amendments, and termination documentation.
  • Support the recruitment cycle, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and manage employment pass applications and renewals for foreign employees.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final pay.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) when necessary and complete quarterly labour survey report.
  • Ensure timely completion of annual filing and government paid leave, and assist with the renewal of employee-related insurance.
  • Provide support for HR-related queries and maintain employee records.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities. Assist with corporate events and provide support to the leadership team.
  • Drive improvements in HR processes and support employee engagement initiatives.

Skills/Requirements/Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on HR and payroll experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and employment laws.
  • Experience with work permits and visa applications for foreign employees in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with HR system such as Workday is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel to different work sites within Singapore, including Woodlands and Kranji for on-site support as needed.
