Your Next Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and report directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. As an essential member of the TA function, you will support 2x Recruiters across multiple roles within all our departments (Operations, Growth Marketing & Creatives).
You will be responsible for providing a constant flow of qualified passive talents to the recruitment team for their open positions, as well as building passive talent mapping initiatives to build a comprehensive pool of talents for our existing and upcoming recruitment needs.
The ideal candidate is motivated, looking for a challenge, eager to learn and most importantly curious to always expand their sourcing knowledge and learn more about niche, complex roles.
What You’ll do
Sourcing & Attraction of Candidates
Define passive candidates sourcing strategies for all active roles and proactively build pipelines while sharing top profiles with Recruiters & Hiring Managers
Establish Talent Mapping initiatives towards historically niche & hard to fill roles across the organization
Explore Alternative Sourcing methods on top of Boolean Strings (X-Ray, Conf. Mining, Passive Candidates Mapping) to ensure a diverse flow of qualified candidates
Passive Candidate Pool Management
Build comprehensive global Talent Mapping across our direct competitors & ecosystem : Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands, Specialized Growth Agencies, E-Commerce, etc…
Maintain a highly classified & actionable pool of candidates on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby. Layering passive candidates by specific tags, ie. geography, expertise, level of experience, tech stack and interest level.
Maintain a high level of engagement & communication with passive candidates through regular emailing and interaction points
Functional Sourcing Knowledge Center
Collaborate with the Recruitment Team and functional hiring managers to build, expand and maintain Sourcing Knowledge Centers for all key functions (Creative & Growth Marketing)
Benchmark & Identify Job Titles, Keywords & Tech Stack within these functions to further improve on our search capabilities
Help the Recruitment team and Hiring Managers to document & organise functional pre-screen questions
Talent Acquisition Ops/Admin
Support the Talent Acquisition team by posting our open roles onto various platforms, LinkedIn, ATS, MCF, etc…
Provide spot support to recruiters screening CVs of incoming applicants
Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Provide weekly sourcing activity reports to Recruiters & HMs on the status of the pipeline and actions taken, ie. #applicants/sourcing/channels/challenges
Leverage recruitment data from previous roles to further tailor our recruitment strategy, sourcing channels and coordinated efforts
Conduct various market research towards availability or searched skills in a specific area, aggregated market rate, expertise level, etc…

Sourcing Quality: Meeting Recruiters/Hiring Managers candidate approval rates
Sourcing Velocity: Ability to Identify qualified Passive Candidates in set timeframes
Talent Mapping: Build comprehensive global talent mapping for niche roles within the Creative & Growth Marketing space
Critical Thinking: Implement innovative sourcing strategies and bring forward new ideas to identify strong candidates within our niche roles
What You Bring
1-3y exp. in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a Sourcer/Researcher capacity. Experience hiring for Marketing, Growth & Creative profiles within the D2C/Performance Marketing/eCom space is advantageous yet not mandatory
Superior sourcing techniques: Boolean Strings, X-Ray Searches, Conference Mining, Talent Mapping, X/Twitter, Reddit, Meta. Past experience recruiting for niche/complex roles in an highly competitive environment where top talents are not on LinkedIn
Strong organisational & time management skills to prioritise effectively & streamline processes. Knowledge of time management principles (Gantt Charts) & SaaS highly preferred (Asana, Monday, etc…)
Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal (e.g. Management, Hiring Managers & Recruiters) and external stakeholders (e.g. Candidates & Vendors)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and other office management tools such as Notion and Slack, enabling you to work seamlessly with digital records, databases, and communication critical to workplace operations
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, ensuring you can address challenges efficiently, adapt to changes, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision
