Job Description
* To Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
* To supervise the site work (hands-on skills required)
* To co-ordinate and liaise with Maincon and Subcon
* To attend all the necessary meetings with Maincon/consultant
* To update the monthly site progress
* To update site progress claims
* To revise and update all the shop drawing, as-built drawing and O&M
* To Supervise the project procurement process
* To ensure site safety & document submission (RA, MOS and etc)
* To carry out inspection with RTO/Consultant
* To update superiors on the site matters or changes
* To certify subcontractor's progress claim
* To maintain good relationship with client
* To monitor and request for equipment and material delivery
* To lead team leader in project execution, planning, scheduling and
* To execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
* To do Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
* To coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
* To assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
* Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
* To help project managers to monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
* To foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
* Any ad hoc duty assigned by superior
Job Requirement
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
* Prior experience in Electrical and Fire protection works in commercial projects will be an advantage.
* 2~3 years of relevant experience in local construction industry
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed
* Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
