Job Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Handling & Installation

  • Oversee the receipt, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of semiconductor production line equipment, including Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Vertical Furnace (DIFF), and Wet Cleaning Machines.

2. Technical Support & Maintenance

  • Provide timely responses to customer requests, troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues, conduct routine maintenance, and offer technical support.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Gather and analyze customer needs, provide feedback to relevant teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Promote spare parts sales and facilitate equipment resale opportunities.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain detailed equipment maintenance logs, weekly reports, and monthly summaries.

5. Other Duties

  • Perform other daily tasks as assigned by the department.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Educational Background

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Automation, or related fields.
  • Candidates with highly relevant industry experience may be considered even if they do not meet the educational requirements.

2. Industry Experience

  • Hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment assembly, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
  • Prior experience working in a semiconductor FAB or related industry is preferred.

3. Language & Communication Skills

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a professional and customer-oriented attitude.

4. Work Flexibility & Travel

  • Willing to accept the nature of service-based work, including responding to customer needs promptly.
  • Open to international travel for business trips, technical training, or on-site technical support.
