Key Responsibilities
As a Leader Committed to Excellence:
- Manage and oversee the APAC administrative function, ensuring consistency in the quality of support provided across the region.
- Act as a key escalation point for challenges related to expense policy, invoicing, travel, and building management.
- Lead and integration of a remote administrative team in Manila, responsible for processes such as travel booking, expense management, and access requests.
- Collaborate with regional and global leaders to optimize administrative resourcing, including backup coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling/expense management platforms.
