Description
- Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation for all staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation.
- Maintain internal controls for payroll processes, conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure all payroll activities align with best practices and compliance standards.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory filings, including CPF contributions, IR8A, IR21, and other statutory claims.
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Stay updated on legislative changes impacting payroll operations.
- Assist with payroll-related audits, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date documentation, and readily available data.
- Liaise with vendors to address post-implementation issues and provide feedback for improvements.
- Offer support in leave administration, attendance management, and employee benefits administration.
A Successful Payroll Specialist Should Have
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Individuals with 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, with expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRIS management.
- Individuals who have handled payroll processing for blue collar and corporate workers in a high volume environment will be beneficial
- Familiarity with the Employment Act, CPF Act, and other statutory requirements and legislation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork.
- Ability to handle confidential information
