A leading e-commerce platform is looking for a Regional Sales Enablement Manager to enhance sales efficiency and optimize go-to-market strategies across APAC.
Your Role:
- Develop and implement scalable sales enablement frameworks, playbooks, and GTM strategies.
- Analyze sales cycles, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights.
- Design and execute lead generation initiatives, sales training, and coaching programs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (BD, marketing, product, design) to align on sales initiatives.
- Leverage sales enablement tools to track and enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Account Management, or BD, with a strong grasp of the sales cycle.
- Creative mindset – ability to design pitch decks, training materials, and sales resources.
- Strong analytical & project management skills – ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication – comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital platforms is a plus.
