Are you passionate about driving sales performance and empowering teams with the right tools, insights, and strategies?

A leading e-commerce platform is looking for a Regional Sales Enablement Manager to enhance sales efficiency and optimize go-to-market strategies across APAC.

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement scalable sales enablement frameworks, playbooks, and GTM strategies.
  • Analyze sales cycles, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights.
  • Design and execute lead generation initiatives, sales training, and coaching programs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (BD, marketing, product, design) to align on sales initiatives.
  • Leverage sales enablement tools to track and enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Account Management, or BD, with a strong grasp of the sales cycle.
  • Creative mindset – ability to design pitch decks, training materials, and sales resources.
  • Strong analytical & project management skills – ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication – comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital platforms is a plus.
