Roles & Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to ensure overall efficient operation of the audit team
General administrative duties such as preparing, sorting, scanning and filing of documents mails and emails, etc
Assist with the preparation of audit engagement letters, etc
Collaborate and work with the department’s stakeholders in providing updates to the wider team
Assist with the preparation of, and disseminating the audit bills to client
Assist with the collections of Audit bills and keeping the Audit team’s aging in check
Coordinate staff activities
Act as the point of contact between Staff and internal/external stakeholders
Manage emails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments
Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as assigned by the Managers
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is of advantage for this position
Proficient in computer skills especially Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous and possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills;
Effective organisational and time-management skills
Follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Executive experienced in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent would be of added advantage.
