Job Description:
- Tracking and Reporting the status of Changes (BAU initiatives/New Instruments/Business Related Projects) to stakeholders.
- Able to plan delivery workflow for Changes.
- Able to drive conversation independently with TECH and BU owner for Prioritization and Planning.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements between TECH and BU Owner.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and publishing it.
- Work with Client Tech Director on ad hoc tasks.
- Support Client Tech Director in managing stakeholder expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
