Together with an established system of programmes that not only develops youths, but also many of the adult leaders that support our youth programmes, Scouts all over the world see learning and improving as an essential ongoing process that never ends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will be undertaking administrative matters of 2 geographical Scout Unit Areas
Required to perform front-line customer service tasks such as answering enquiries and following up with email correspondences, etc.
Co-ordinates, receives and monitors applications for courses, projects and activities at the Area level.
Prepare claims submission documents for courses, activities, and events and monitor related expenditure.
Sources for vendors in accordance with the needs of related courses, projects, events and activities at Area or National level in accordance with assigned budget and prepares Call for Quotations where necessary.
Supports in the coordination and administration (distribution & collection) of fundraising related activities.
Supports in organising Area and National level events as needed.
Prepares and disseminates circulars & documents for Areas and at the National level.
Manages/updates records of members and trouble shooting in the Areas using the Association’s Membership Data Management System (MSDS).
Monitor and update office supplies and inventories.
Submits monthly reports and any other duties assigned by the Area Commissioners or Executive Director.
Desirable Attributes & Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent.
2 years’ experience in relevant fields.
Good interpersonal skills with positive mindset.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google applications
Demonstrates initiative and is meticulous.
Physically active and interested in outdoor activities
A team player.
Expected Salary
$2,100 - $2,400
