Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process

  • Analyze prospects' property management needs and design tailored technical solutions

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' technological ecosystems, including existing software, hardware, and integration points

  • Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients

  • Develop detailed solution proposals

  • Gather and document comprehensive client requirements

  • Create technical documentation for proposed solutions, including integration specifications and data flow diagrams

  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their existing systems, processes, and ecosystem complexities

  • Participate in RFP responses, focusing on technical and business requirements

  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to implementation teams post-sale

  • Collaborate closely with product management to:

    • Provide market feedback and influence product roadmap

    • Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and product capabilities

    • Communicate realistic timelines for feature delivery

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in real estate and property management

  • Assist in developing best practices and reusable solution components

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ideal but not required)

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles

  • Expertise in cloud-based software architectures and APIs

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills

  • Proven ability to set and manage client expectations effectively

  • Experience in aligning proposed solutions with product capabilities and timelines

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the real estate or property management industry

2. Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools

3. Familiarity with IoT technologies and smart building systems

4. Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Agile)

5. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales processes

6. Track record of successful collaboration with product management teams

7. Experience in designing solutions that integrate with diverse technology stacks
