What the role is:You will be a key contributor in providing administrative support that is integral to the NParks Legal team and Board Secretariat functions.What you will be working on:Your key responsibilities include:Supporting the Legal team on claims, debt recovery and other legal matters.Liaising with external parties, such as law firms and insurers, and keeping track of outstanding matters.Providing administrative support for the Board's corporate secretariat functions, including coordinating Board meetings, preparation of meeting materials and organising Board events.Maintaining the database of records, data and statistics.What we are looking for:Areas of study in law/legal studies or experience in legal support work.Work experience either as a paralegal in private practice or legal executive in the public sector is advantageous.Organised, meticulous, self-motivated and a team player who can work independently.Good written communication and interpersonal skills.Strong time-management and organisational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Willingness to learn.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.About National Parks Board:At the National Parks Board (NParks), we take pride in conserving our natural heritage and enhancing green spaces for all to enjoy in our City in Nature.
