Position Responsibilities
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to satisfaction.
- Develop and implement territory action plan through data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Coordinate with Presales Engineer and product manager to provide valuable products and solutions to key clients. Identify customer key decision making chain accurately and organize bid.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, development targets and other related performance assessment.
Position Qualifications
- You have sales experience in server and storage sales experience in distributor or system integrator.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills, and you have project management skills, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skill.
