Job Responsibilities:

To check customer’s PO and process all in-coming orders from all customers accurately and efficiently in timely manner
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by email and telephone to all parties concerned
Attention to detail is essential at all times to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction
To design special switch drawing, engraving, special mounting unit, etc. as according to customer requirement
To update customer orders/enquiries in the central database this to ensure an efficient tracking system is in place
To coordinate with our counterpart on special switch diagrams/order numbers/ bill of material of the products and update the information in the central database in timely manner
To coordinate and monitor closely with factory on urgent deliveries request by customer and need to follow up closely
Filling of orders/drawing and other documents in timely manner
To assist outdoor Sales engineers when need arise
To liaise with Workshop/Store department on customer orders when necessary
To liaise with Account department on the payment status when necessary
Continuous communication with the sales team for any feedback from customer
To contribute ideas on how to improve our processes in timely manner
To answer incoming calls and engage with customer and transfer the call to other department
To be an excellent team player and help each other to complete daily work
To assist in designing/preparing marketing materials when need arise

Requirements:

Must be computer literate
Able to read, write and converse in English.
Good communication & inter-personal skills
Experience in customer services an advantage
Time management is important - must be able to deal with a number of things at one time and constantly re-evaluate priorities.
Possess Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic preferred is an added advantage
