Do you have a strong network and a proven track record in business development and account management? If so, we want you on our team!Your Role & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement innovative trading strategies to drive business growth. Team Management – Build, supervise, and coordinate a high-performing Accounts Management Team, acting as their leader and main point of contact. Business Expansion – Identify and develop new trading and wholesale opportunities in the APAC market. Sales & Growth – Craft compelling sales proposals and initiatives to expand our customer portfolio. Performance & Reporting – Monitor and optimize account performance, providing weekly/monthly updates to HQ. Client Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Global Coordination – Work closely with our Group HQ and international affiliates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Industry Representation – Represent our company at trade shows and exhibitions worldwide. Ad-hoc Responsibilities – Support the Managing Director with special projects as needed.What We’re Looking For:️ Education – Bachelor's or Master’s Degree.️ Experience – 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with deep expertise in Pharma Trading or a similar role.️ Network – A strong customer portfolio and a proven track record of success.️ Skills & Attributes:Proactive team player with strong leadership and initiative.Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior management and customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Fluent English (Mandarin or other languages is a plus).Willingness to travel as needed.Why Join Us?
