This position reports to the Consumer Banking Education Ecosystem Team Lead and interfaces primarily with internal and external business stakeholders in the Bank Smart Buddy School ecosystem.

As a market leader in the consumer banking business, Bank has a full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, credit cards and loans, to help our customers realize their dreams and aspirations at every life stage.

(B) Responsibilities

1. Assist and support product manager to drive the business of expanding the Bank’s Smart Buddy cashless ecosystem to all schools in Singapore.

2. To collect, assess and address queries from customers ranging from individual consumers to corporate institutions and schools.

3. Collect and analyse business development data and assist the team in formulating insights to grow our Smart Buddy business portfolio.

4. To ideate, create & execute regular marketing campaigns and experiments to enrich our customer journeys and experience.

5. To coordinate and prepare materials and reports for regular business updates with internal & external stakeholders.

(C) Requirements

1. Degree in any relevant field

2. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

3. Proficient in excel and MS Office suite of products.

4. Self-motivated, able to think systematically and multi-task

5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
