This position reports to Sr. Regional Manager, Merchandise Operations to deliver services relating to ranging process (pre-season and in-season), system maintenance, data maintenance, report generation and timeline management.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement all operations related template, systems, data and key timelines
- Work collaboratively with global, markets and cross functional teams within the region for timely completion of tasks or communication of updates/changes
- Implement, document, and carry out key processes and calendars that involve diverse cross-functional partners
- To share project statuses, raise risks and issues as needed to ensure visibility, ownership, and timely resolution
- Maintain accurate product line list, pricing and update of master data
- Handle integrity of information in system and database
- Provide system support and training to the team for a smooth execution of seasonal processes
- Recommend workflow and process improvements, driving continual optimization and efficiency
- Other duties may be assigned
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of related work experience in Merchandising, Category Management or Planning
- Strong attention to detail and capable of prioritising multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Proven track record to think and act proactively, take ownership and follow through
- Handle tasks in a timely and efficient manner with the ability to meet high pressure deadlines
- A teammate with proven track record to work effectively with others and keep others on track
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power point)
