Position Title: Business Assistant to CEOWork Location: SingaporeReporting To: CEO
Job Responsibilities:
- Information Communication and Coordination:
- Assist the CEO in establishing an efficient communication mechanism among various departments within the company, convey and implement all decision-making instructions.
- Track the work progress of each department and coordinate cross-departmental cooperation to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently according to the plan.
- Meeting Organization and Document Management:
- Be responsible for the organization, arrangement and coordination of company-level meetings, write meeting minutes, and follow up the implementation of meeting resolutions.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and organizing various reports, documents and business correspondence to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the content.
- Strategic Support and Project Management:
- Collect, organize and analyze business data and market information, form preliminary analysis reports, and provide a basis for the CEO to formulate strategies and make decisions.
- Assist in promoting project management work, track the progress of key projects, and ensure the smooth implementation of various strategic initiatives.
- Provide professional advice in business areas such as Crypto financial software to assist the CEO in business planning.
- Daily Affairs and Schedule Arrangement:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including the booking and coordination of meetings, business trips and other important activities.
- Handle the CEO's daily administrative affairs to ensure the efficient connection of information transmission and work processes.
- External Liaison and Public Relations:
- Assist the CEO in handling communication and liaison with external partners, government agencies, media, etc.
- Represent the CEO in external meetings and business activities when necessary to maintain and enhance the company's external image.
- Other Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Complete other work tasks assigned by the CEO and superior leaders to ensure the efficient implementation of all work.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, graduates from internationally renowned universities are preferred.
- Majors in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, project management and other related fields are preferred.
- Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of work experience as an executive assistant, secretary or related positions. Those with experience in large enterprises or multinational companies are preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred, and those with a background in Crypto, finance or accounting are more desirable.
- Skill Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written English and Chinese skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate across borders.
- Proficient in using various office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), with strong data analysis ability.
- Strong writing, information integration and reporting skills, paying attention to details and efficiency.
- Personal Qualities:
