Description
- Partner with Department Managers to plan,schedule and maintain the master training calendar
- Cascade approved learning needs to individual learning plans; row up training programmes.
- Manage programme tracking in LMS such as registration, attendance tracking, pre-and post-course evaluations, invoicing, and payments.
- Maintain learning records of staff and track budget and expenses within the department's cost centre.
- Support Leadership Development and Performance Management
- Assist with ad-hoc HR related projects
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources with at least 3 years of managerial experience preferably in a healthcare or learning environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Audit including of review and update of SOPs
- Skilled in communication, time-management and stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
