Planning and Finance Assistant Manager
Core responsibilities
Support finance/management control of Meiden Asia and ASEAN subsidiaries, as regional office.
•Prepare yearly budget and quarterly forecast
•Prepare monthly analysis for financial reports
•Analysis the variance of financial results and budget/forecast
•Monitor and review each division’s action plan
•Support yearly external audit, yearly transfer pricing report, yearly external reporting, ad-hoc internal audit, ad-hoc external surveys
•Prepare documents for Annual General Meeting, Board of Director Resolutions
•Issue Business Consignment Fee’s quotations and invoice
•Prepare simple agreements
•Coordination and execution of Group wide initiatives and projects.
•Participate in other ad-hoc projects.
Job requirements
· 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Planning or related field.
· Understanding data privacy standards,
· Computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT, etc)
· Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
· Meticulous, detail oriented and proactive
Advantage skill
· Working experience in a manufacturing company
· Japanese language (JLPT N1 & above or relevant skill) will be an advantage to liaise with Japanese management and Headquarters.
