  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor various monitoring facilities for software and hardware including operating systems, application systems, ATM, and network equipment, and react to exceptions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

· Monitor application job flow which are scheduled by job scheduling software, and react to exceptions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

· Manage IT-related incidents and problems reported via phone call or e-mail.

· Maintain Incident Logs for incidents and problems for all software, hardware, and applications.

· Perform job submission, backup, recovery, and restart in accordance with SOP or approved ad-hoc request.

· Perform first-level system and batch problem determination and resolution only, and escalation to second and third levels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum Degree in IT or Computer Science from a recognized polytechnic/institution

Essential:

  • Currently minimum 2 years hand-on IT Operations working experience of 24x7 rotating shift work in Command Center.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English Language
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • A good team player.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge or hand-on in system platform operating (AS400, Mainframe and Unix/Linux).
