  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Summary:

Implement & Support Demand Forecast Planning Solutions and System Change Requests, across the Organisation’s Sales Companies in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate & Resolve issues, program bug fixes, in existing business applications.
  • Support System Enhancements & Change Requests implementation.
  • Engage business users and and communicate effectively for Requirement/ Solution discussions and proposal explanation.
  • Leverage on know-how & experience in Database (Oracle/SOL) queries, to understand system design and data structure, to support in issue checking and periodic data patching activities, along with the technical team.
  • Understand IT processes and able to support IT team in executing various projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to design, test and implement new Solutions and Change Requests.
  • Support rollout activities, related to implementation of Demand Forecast Planning Solutions, for the Organisation’s Sales Companies across the APAC region.
  • Work closely with technical members as well as Business Partners/Vendors to review and ensure solutions implemented are robust, scalable and maintain quality.
  • Conduct code reviews and testing.
  • Prepare Design specifications, UAT documents, and User Guide documents.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 4+ years technical experience in Database queries/ development.
  • 3+ years working experience on users & business requirements gathering,
  • Ability to translate requirements into system design and implementation.
  • Experience in using Demand Planning tools in the market such as Blue Yonder, Board, etc. is advantageous.
  • Exposure to IT consulting, SCM process, Business process study & IT solution proposal, Testing & Implementation is advantageous.
  • Experience in SQL/Oracle Server database (Queries, Package, Stored Procedures, Trigger, Query Optimization).
  • Experience in object-oriented application, understanding of basic design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in server-side technologies .Net/C#, MVC & Web technologies (Angular, JavaScript) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to study & understand existing system, data & operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated & able to work as part of a team, needing interaction with other related team members (such as SAP team members).
