  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What The Role Is

You play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operational efficiency of logistics support function to the various entities within HQ RSN (Republic of Singapore Navy).

What You Will Be Working On
  • Manage procurement systems and develop new procurement initiatives to achieve positive procurement experience
  • Plan and manage daily logistical requirements for HQ RSN entities
  • Manage procurement of goods and services
  • Manage the proper maintenance support for facilities


Challenge(s)

  • Balancing work requirements from multiple domains where such requests are time-critical and essential for business continuity
  • Ensuring smooth execution and coordination of stocktake of stores and liaison of supply support across various entities, requiring frequent de-confliction and communication


What We Are Looking For
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management is preferred
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office applications (adept in MS Word and Excel) and SAP System
  • Meticulous nature and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to work out of office hours periodically
