Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Warehouse Executive located in the West Region. Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely order fulfilment by managing daily operations, planning staff tasks, and handling overtime. They conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock. Efficient storage management and communication with other departments, like Finance, are essential to meet business needs. Safety compliance, including hazard identification and procedure improvements, is prioritized. The role also involves submitting weekly inventory reports, investigating discrepancies, and reporting stock adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant logistics experience in warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
