  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Human Resources Specialist located in Anson Road. Our client is a global market leader as an automotive parts supplier with a focus on wire harnesses, instruments, and components.

The role involves supporting the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance appraisals, compensation, benefits, and training administration. Handle payroll processing, HR documentation, and policy formulation. Manage work pass applications, expatriate administration, statutory surveys, and HR communications. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Knowledgeable in government regulatory guidelines and employment laws.
  • Working knowledge in payroll administration especially in Ready Software will be advantageous.
