Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Order Fulfilment Specialist located in Yishun. Our clients are hospital equipment and supplies in Singapore.

This role involved managing customer interactions via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Process orders, provide pricing and delivery details, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain records, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate with the Sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Medical Supplies industry
  • Experience in sales support / customer service
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
