We are looking for an Initiative Manager within the AI Factory who will be responsible for leading the integration of AI technologies across various business units. Your primary focus will be on the Front-to-Back (F2B) Onboarding Lifecycle Management solution, ensuring its effective implementation and coordination. Singapore, being a strategic hub for the AI Factory, will be your base, where your onsite presence will be crucial for providing effective leadership and ensuring seamless collaboration.

• Drive the integration of AI-driven solutions across the organization.

• Lead the successful rollout of the AI Flagship roadmap.

• Ensure effective leadership and coordination of the F2B Onboarding Lifecycle Management solution.

• Consolidate key roles in the hub location to enhance collaboration and adherence to project timelines.

• Align initiatives with the GOTO 2025 AI Roadmap to achieve strategic objectives.

Your team :

The Initiative Manager is part of our AI Factory team. This role is pivotal in driving the integration of AI-driven solutions and ensuring the successful rollout of our AI Flagship roadmap.

Your expertise :

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.

• Strong understanding of banking operations and processes, particularly in areas such as wealth management.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.

Deep understanding of AI technology, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics relevant to the financial industry

• Deep technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in Technology frameworks: DevCloud, Security, Engineering excellence and Wealth management KYC and regulation automation.

• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and Agile frameworks, with experience in driving the end-to-end product lifecycle.

• Experience and strong understanding of Azure Cloud & Gitlab DevOps at UBS

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking sector, including data privacy and security.

• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify technical solutions that align with business objectives.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and their potential applications in the financial industry.
