Who You Are:

We are looking for someone for the Litho Equipment Engineer position, with experiences in Lithography (Coat/Expose/Develop/Critical Dimension/Overlay) equipment knowledge. Additional knowledge in the WET etch/cleaning and plating process will be an advantage.

Position Summary:

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Litho Equipment Engineer to take responsibility for Operations Engineering under Lithography and WET Engineering Module.

In this role, you will handle daily litho equipment related operations, and work with process engineers and shift team to sustain and improve the module KPIs.

What You Will Do:

• Equipment owner of exposure machine such as ASML Stepper, or BSL Micralign

• Attend equipment related issues in production line.

• Work with process engineer on improving the yield loss, quality concern and process induced defects.

• Responsible for machine Uptime, MTBF, MTTR.

• Perform machine repairs, troubleshooting to achieve minimal downtime.

• Identify equipment failures, pareto of issues and weak point analysis for improvement.

• Collaborate with vendors, parts suppliers to reduce equipment cost of ownership

• Establishing good equipment controls of such as corrective and preventive maintenance procedures.

• Lead and execute improvement projects that reduces cost of equipment ownership and equipment performance.

• Responsible for new equipment purchases, installation and buy-off.

• Develop and monitor operating budget.

• Develop good equipment training program to bring up good maintenance skill among associate engineers and technicians.

• Mitigate risk capacity and capability bottleneck.

• Conformance to 5S and safety rules and regulation.

• Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements.

• Any other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

· Experience working on Lithography exposure (ASML stepper, Micralign)/aligner tools.

· Experience in leading a group of technicians and engineers in equipment maintenance program will be an added advantage.

· Basic knowledge of semiconductor/lithography process flow.

· Experience with structuring maintenance operations, especially preventive maintenance systems and/or TPM will be advantageous.

· Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.

· Self-driven leader and strong team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.

· Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required.
