Gordian Capital Pte Ltd ( ), is a fast-growing, Singapore-based, fully licensed & regulated, asset management firm that advises and helps coordinate the establishment of fund structures and handles the management and operations of fully-regulated funds, investment vehicles & managed accounts across private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, infrastructure & hedge fund strategies. We currently manage in excess of USD$15 billion and have 64 full-time staff.

We have two key offerings:

· Platform Solutions

In this offering, the Principals, experienced investment professional, are employed by Gordian Capital as investment/portfolio manager(s) to their own fund with Gordian Capital engaged as the regulated Fund Management Company, to the fund. The investment professionals who join are required to be registered with the MAS as Registered Representatives.

· Fund Solutions (FS)

In this offering the Principals, with the requisite investment domain expertise do not join Gordian Capital, there is instead an advisory arrangement between Gordian Capital and the Principals with respect to their Fund. Gordian Capital will be engaged as the regulated Fund Management Company to the Fund, and Gordian Capital’s Fund Solutions portfolio management team and operations team involved with the management of investments and investment related activities and the operations of the Fund, respectively.

Responsibilities

The candidate, as part of the Fund Solutions team, will provide operational middle and back-office support including fund operations, deal support, compliance support, and business-related needs for all Private Market. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn and be exposed to entire the operations and full fund cycle across Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit, Infrastructure, and Venture Capital strategies. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Operations – Private Markets.

Requirements

· Relevant academic/professional background: accounting, finance, statistics, and or business

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

· Detail-oriented, organized, meticulous, and numbers savvy.

· Strong work ethic and professionalism.

· MS Office skills (especially Excel).

· Knowledge in VBA (preferred).

· Self-starter / Self-learner.

· A supportive team player.

· Willing to work rotating shifts which may include some public holidays with time off in lieu.

Job scope

· Involvement with fund launches and project management of each fund.

· Perform day to day operational duties for each fund.

· Interact with a wide range of external service providers including but not limited to Fund Administrators, Auditor, Tax and Legal counsel, Valuation Agents as well as internal teams (namely portfolio management and compliance colleagues).

· Review the NAV packs and assist with the Audit exercise.

· Perform KYC compliance & AML checks.

· Ad-hoc duties including gathering information/processing data for statutory and regulatory surveys and reports and partaking in other projects/initiatives
