Our client is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join their Business Messaging group. This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing for suite of business messaging products
- Support marketing initiatives for APAC and Greater China Region (GCR), with a focus on driving partner-enabled revenue
- Develop and execute B2B enterprise marketing activities including content creation, events, partnership support
- Build relationships with GCR-based partnership teams
- Provide market perspective and audience insights to help drive initiatives critical to acquisition, growth, and retention of most valuable prospects and customers
- Manage post-event activities, including cleaning, uploading and tracking of leads, and enabling the follow-up teams to drive maximum ROI
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in partner marketing, channel marketing
- Experience within the Tech industry or within Business Messaging industry highly preferred
- Experience in building a successful B2B enterprise marketing strategy driven by content, digital and strategic events
- Experience using data and insights to develop and measure effective marketing programs
- Experience partnering closely with internal sales organizations
- Experience working in a matrixed organization, across multiple time zones and teams, with experience handling the pace and ambiguity of an evolving product
- Cross-functional, matrix/stakeholder and leadership skills and experience influencing across all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills and experience translating complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
- Creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns
- Experience working as an individual contributor and developing teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively find solutions to bottlenecks with the aim to effectively achieve business objectives
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages is a must as this will be supporting English-speaking markets as well as Greater China Region where partners are primarily Mandarin-speaking
