[What the role is]

This is a 9-month contract position as Senior Executive, Recruitment Operations in the Human Resource & Organisational Development Office.

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the People Resourcing Team, reporting to Senior Manager, People Resourcing. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operations support in the recruitment, contract issuance, onboarding, offboarding and compensation and benefits administration along with other adhoc projects.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide administrative and operations support all recruitment related matters and contract management.
  • Provide end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits, leveraging on the HR system, Workday.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agency to hire temporary and short-term manpower for departments and schools.
  • Review and develop systems/processes to support operations and solve operational problems to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide support to the team for other HR matters and projects as and when assigned.

Pre-Requisites

  • Diploma in Business or equivalent is preferred
  • Proven experience in administration work, proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
