Role Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and maintain virtual instances hosted in the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environment.
- Perform server management, cloud implementation, and storage management services.
- Submit and track service requests on behalf of the Authority to the approved CSPs.
- Ensure compliance with Government security and cloud governance policies.
- Perform regular performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization of cloud resources.
- Ensure up-to-date asset inventory management, including lease, warranty, and maintenance contracts.
- Implement cloud best practices to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Enforce cloud security policies, ensuring data protection and access controls.
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate cloud-related vulnerabilities.
Reqirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any IT related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, server management, and storage solutions.
- Experience in cloud deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Cloud-related certifications are additional advantage
