Regional Human Resources Manager (SEA)
Join a global organisation leader in providing building materials for residential and commercial projects. This organisation comes with a long heritage of innovation and continuous growth in their industry. With a strong presence in APAC including multiple manufacturing plants across the region, the brand operates in 25+ Asian markets. The SEA Regional HR Manager for Emerging market will cover 6 countries including the Middle East for a total FTE of about 70. This role is an opportunity for a HR leader to lead regional strategic initiatives and changes and work closely with the business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the respective markets.
- Partner with business senior leadership in supporting workforce planning, TA, and employee engagement.
- Implement compliant and consistent HR policies and programs
- Lead talent development strategies, including training and leadership development programs.
- Support business leaders in performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Lead regional HR projects and change management
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and market trends across multiple countries.
- Experience working in a global organization
- Industry experience in manufacturing, FMCG or ideally in construction materials manufacturing.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to Travel as needed across the covered regions.
