What The Role Is

You will be part of a team that provides Human Resource Administration (HRA) services for all MINDEF employees.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage and report to higher management on the health status of high transactional volume service requests
  • Monitor case resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Engage relevant stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in business process reengineering and digitalisation projects

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in HR, customer service or project management
  • Senior stakeholder management experience in a service-related field is preferred
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Keen interest in innovation and digitalisation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
