The selected individual will manage monthly closings and quarterly outlooks, providing clear insights for senior leadership. They will also deliver financial reports with in-depth analysis, conduct variance assessments, and create presentations for strategic decision-making. Additionally, they will collaborate with key partners to develop forecasts and long-term plans, identify risks and opportunities, and leverage technical tools like Hyperion, SAP, and MicroStrategy to enhance internal processes and reporting efficiency. The ideal candidate is a sharp, strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning. They should be commercially-minded, able to partner effectively with the business, and possess technical expertise in Excel and business intelligence tools. Accuracy with numbers is crucial, as the role involves consolidating and reporting financial data for the region.Skills and experience requiredA recognized degree in accounting, ACCA, or a relevant qualification, along with at least 5 years of relevant FP&A experience. They must have strong financial planning and consolidation experience, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers.
