- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget and scope.
- Proven experience of managing a team.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and SDLC.
- Experience with various project management tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented for ensuring projects progress efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid PMP certification is preferred.
