The Group Finance Manager will oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial reports for the Group of companies, to ensure compliance with reporting standards and provide accurate, timely financial data/ reports to support strategic decision-making for the Group.

The Group Finance Manager will oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial reports for the Group of companies, to ensure compliance with reporting standards and provide accurate, timely financial data/ reports to support strategic decision-making for the Group.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure that the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department runs efficiently.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management, auditors, and stakeholders.
- Manage the full spectrum of group consolidation processes, including the preparation of
- consolidated financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with SFRS Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all Singapore tax regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- quarterly submissions and corporate income tax.
- Liaison with external parties such as Auditors, Tax Agents, Banks on reporting, audit and regulatory
- matters.
- Compile and submissions for Annual Filing, government financial statistical surveys and data.
- Administrator of ERP System to manage and control user access rights etc.
- Any other tasks allocated by CFO and/or management.
Personal attributes
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance, preferably with CPA.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, including group consolidation and financial reporting.
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the organisation.
- Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing or Food Processing Industry or FMCG will be added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of consolidation principles, SFRS Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Well versed in Advanced MS Excel, ERP (Experience with Epicor System and/or Navision will be advantageous).
- Meticulous, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and all levels.
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to tackle new challenges.
