  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Field Services Engineer at Wasson-ECE Instrumentation Inc. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer service for analytical systems. This role is located in Singapore with the flexibility to work from home as needed.

Qualifications

  • Field Service and Technical Support skills
  • Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least 5 years of experience in Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy or related analytical instrumentation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
