Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a F&B Co-Ordinator located in Orchard. The F&B Co-Ordinator will be responsible for managing food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, overseeing food service, and coordinating with various departments within the hotel.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge
- Experience in maintaining Food Safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and multitask effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Diploma or certification in Food & Beverage Management or related field
- Singaporean or PR Preferred.
