Job Overview

The Corporate Membership & Executive Sales Manager role is a strategic role that is essential to the club's growth and deepening its involvement in the business world. This individual will lead the club’s event strategy while promoting wellness programs to organizations and senior executives.

The role includes planning and leading high-level events, creating strategic partnerships, and marketing corporate partnerships, while building relationships with senior executives, HR departments, and decision-makers in the field of employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Management and Member Engagement

• Planning and leading prestigious events, networking meetings and workshops for executives.

• Creating an annual events program that will attract and retain top-notch members.

• Collaborate with healthcare experts, guest speakers and business partners to create exceptional experiences.

• Manage all event-related requests and bookings, while maintaining high standards of execution and service.

2. Corporate membership & executive sales

• Develop a sales strategy to leverage the club's corporate target audience.

• Sell unique membership packages to senior executives and leading companies.

• Network with opinion leaders, HR managers and senior executives in the corporate healthcare sector.

• Develop and present sales presentations that illustrate the benefits of the club's healthcare solutions.

3. Develop partnerships and collaborations

• Identify potential partners to expand the club's service offering.

• Negotiate with luxury brands and healthcare companies to create meaningful collaborations.

• Participation in conferences, business events and wellness seminars to increase the club's exposure.

4. Measuring and increasing revenue

• Setting and achieving sales targets for corporate companies and events.

• Analyzing business data to ensure that commercial activities and events support the club's growth goals.

• Ongoing reporting on event successes, membership growth and sales performance.

Job requirements

• Previous experience: 3-5 years in event management and sales. Experience in the fields of health, hospitality or luxury services - an advantage.

• Sales orientation: Proven ability to sell health solutions to companies and complete complex transactions.

• High networking ability: Established relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in the business world.

• Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple events and transactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Passion for the health sector: In-depth understanding of holistic health and executive well-being.

• Strong communication skills: Ability to present, persuade and represent the club in a professional manner.

Salary and conditions

• Base salary: $7,000 per month

• Commissions: Attractive commission structure on corporate membership and event sales

• Club membership: Free access to the club wellness facilities and programs
