Duties and Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Officer at Kwong Cheong Thye Pte Ltd, you will have an essential role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to exceptional quality across all our products. Your responsibilities will include:
Quality Control
Perform visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
Perform sampling, testing of raw material, in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with the regulatory and company specifications.
Operate, maintain, and verify inspection tools and equipment.
Record and report inspection and test results accurately and identify and report any deviations or defects.
Ensure proper labelling, documentation, and traceability of inspected products.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues.
Perform microbial checking on the raw materials, packaging materials, water samples from line and finished products.
Conducts process monitoring testing activities during production, and after changeovers and at designated intervals thereafter to ensure conformance to established specifications.
Carrying out periodically hygiene and GMP inspection.
Support periodically inspection in and around the plant with Pest Control provider.
5S/GMP/Housekeeping of laboratory
Support in handling retention sample for RM, In-Process & FP
Maintain quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality forms and reports.
Support internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on customer feedback and lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality-related issues
