Seek New Potential Projects:

  • Proactively identify and evaluate new cryptocurrency projects and opportunities for listing on the exchange. Conduct thorough assessments to determine their viability and alignment with company goals.

Build and Maintain Exchange Relationships:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with cryptocurrency projects and external stakeholders to facilitate successful listings. Negotiate terms and conditions for new listings.

Conduct Market Research:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential assets for listing. Assess the viability and compliance of projects seeking to list on the exchange.

Coordinate with Internal Teams:

  • Collaborate with compliance, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on listing strategies and promotional activities. Facilitate communication between teams to address any listing-related issues.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

  • Ensure that all listed assets comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Work with the compliance team to mitigate any risks associated with new listings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with a focus on asset listing or project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
