Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives.
Create long-term financial forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for the company.
2. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators.
Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
3. Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Manage tax compliance matters.
4. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Foster collaboration between the finance department and other units, such as product development, marketing, and operations.
Qualifications:
- Min. Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a team management role.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Global IT Industry, HQ in China, fast paced growing company is a must.
- A native Mandarin speaker with fluent Business English, you are required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
