  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support RF, Mixed Signal, Digital, and PMIC products from development to production.
  • Drive debug, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement.
  • Work with Test Engineering, Product, and Design teams, reporting technical status to management.
  • Define product testing requirements and release criteria with customers.
  • Resolve production issues with foundries, test subcontractors, and SAT houses.
  • Prepare test limits, correlation data, and yield reports.
  • Focus on yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest optimization.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-8 years in Product/Test Engineering, ideally with foundry experience.
  • Experience leading technical teams is a plus.
  • Strong Digital, PMIC, Mixed Signal, and RF test knowledge.
  • Hands-on with Advantest 93K ATE platform.
  • Skilled in data analysis, statistical tools (JMP, CEDA, Data Power, Optimal Plus).
  • Proficiency in Perl, Java, VBA scripting, and report automation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in yield/test time optimization.
  • Familiarity with reliability qualification.
  • Knowledge of advanced production testing and test limit generation.
