About the company:

I am representing an award-winning, independent agency specializes in crafting engaging events and brand experiences.

We are seeking a driven and enterprising Event Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will play an important role in creating and executing a diverse range of events across Asia, from conferences and meetings to exciting product launches and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events, including venue sourcing, budget management, and supplier liaison.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Contribute to new business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Travel within Asia to manage on-site event logistics.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in event management (a plus if within agency).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of design software a plus.
  • Passionate about events and eager to contribute to the team.
