About the company:
I am representing an award-winning, independent agency specializes in crafting engaging events and brand experiences.
We are seeking a driven and enterprising Event Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will play an important role in creating and executing a diverse range of events across Asia, from conferences and meetings to exciting product launches and incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events, including venue sourcing, budget management, and supplier liaison.
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Contribute to new business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Travel within Asia to manage on-site event logistics.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in event management (a plus if within agency).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of design software a plus.
- Passionate about events and eager to contribute to the team.
