Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop troubleshooting support (L1) to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Conduct asset verification and maintain accurate records of hardware and software
- Assist IT Team in maintaining documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Perform approved change requests for software installation and hardware configuration changes
- Deployment and recovery of IT assets for onboarding and off-boarding of staff
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering of equivalent discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 365.
- Self-starter with an independent, resourceful and "can-do" attitude.
Others:
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor/Reporting Officer
