What You Do

  • Facilitate the business account opening application process for customers, via interactive digital onboarding platforms.
  • Liaise with customers for account opening pre-assessment requirements.
  • Perform KYC patch work for customers who have dropped off from Online Business Account Opening platform.
  • Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to understand business legitimacy and ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and procedures.
  • Ability to identify any potential risks or inconsistencies in the account opening process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the account opening process.
  • Maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure compliance to bank regulations.
