We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant in Singapore to support key members of the management team at a global leader in healthcare information technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless operations for assigned executives.
- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and video conferences with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action items.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (ie, visa documentation and expense reconciliation).
- Create and edit presentations and documents, ensuring professional formatting and timely completion.
- Provide support and coverage for the broader administrative team, including general administration, events, reception, travel, and facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Office/Business Administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage priorities proactively and independently.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
