Key Responsibilities:Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-impact company events, including sales and marketing activities, conferences, seminars, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth, professional, and efficient event delivery.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, event materials, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, proactively troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance event management efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards in all aspects of event planning and execution.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Track and reconcile event-related expenses, delivering accurate financial reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases, including vendor contacts, attendee records, event documentation, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Generate detailed post-event reports, evaluating outcomes, attendance, and feedback.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve event quality and ROI.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serve as a point of contact for events-related inquiries from Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and employees.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to align event strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Coordinate guest arrangements, including travel and accommodation for local events.
  • Facilitate overseas incentive trips by managing communications, administrative tasks, and travel logistics in partnership with other markets.
Vendor and Partner Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to secure cost-effective and quality services.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-standard delivery of products and services in line with event requirements.
Creative and Content Support
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to design impactful promotional materials for events.
  • Support content development, including presentations, infographics, and video production, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
Other Duties
  • Contribute to additional projects and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Coordinate and manage the comprehensive Sales & Marketing events calendar to ensure effective planning and scheduling.
